While I can teach frameworks, strategies, and principles, fellow clients show what those ideas actually look like in practice. Hearing someone describe a recent win, mistake, or adjustment makes the lesson feel more relatable and achievable. Group discussions also reveal different perspectives, helping clients see challenges through fresh eyes. The questions they ask one another often uncover concerns others were hesitant to voice. Shared experiences create accountability, encouragement, and practical insight that no single coach can fully provide. Over time, these peer-to-peer lessons become just as valuable as the coaching itself.
