I'm new to freelancing and want to work with premium clients. But it feels impossible. Most people I find want cheap work. I try to show my skills, but they still bargain too much. I don't know if my portfolio is the problem or if I need better marketing. I see others charging high rates, but I don't know how they do it. I just want clients who value my work and pay well.
