What's missing on Fiverr and even Upwork that people don't really talk about?

Both Upwork and Fiverr will still have some aspects that are not made perfect or that are even missing. Just because people are not talking about it don't mean that those things are not relevant or not necessary. Are you on any of this? I think the only thing that is missing is high paying customers that can go around to the extent that the beginner freelance will be seeing something to do to make money for themselves on the platform. It's like there are more freelance on those two platforms than the client who are ready to pay for service.
