What are some features that Upwork has that Fiverr don't have?

Fiverr and Upwork share almost similar things but that doesn't mean they don't have things and features that make them different from each other. I don't know for those that have used the two platforms before if it is worth to take note of the features that diffentiate the two. Do you have some features that are peculiar to any of them but not on the other. What do you think about this? Share those features that you believe are on each of them.
