The major two things that can drive a coach is either money or passion. However, no matter what should be motivating a coach, money should not be ruled out. A coach should learn how to create money from his passion. Running a coaching program based on only passion alone, can eventually be worrisome and the process may get bored.

But when money is involved, there may be tendency to get more motivation to continue. What do you think?

Coaching is something I really enjoy and watching people grow and crush goals is what keeps me going. Yeah, money's nice and pays the bills, but it's not why I do this. What really matters is the connection I make with the people I coach and knowing I'm helping them level up. That feeling of being part of someone's journey and seeing them succeed? Nothing beats it. So yeah, passion's the main driver here

Money's nice, don't get me wrong, but it's not what gets me hyped to coach every day. What really drives me is seeing someone finally nail something they've been struggling with, or watching a team come together and crush a goal they didn't think was possible. That feeling is just awesome. I love helping people grow, and being part of those moments is way more rewarding than a paycheck. If it were just about money, I'd probably burn out fast

It's great to hear about your passion for coaching and how the impact it has on others is what truly drives you. Money can definitely be a motivating factor, but as you mentioned, the fulfillment that comes from helping others reach their goals and seeing their growth is priceless. Keep up the great work and continue making a positive difference in the lives of those you coach!

In order to have a successful coaching program, the two should be your motivators. You need to make sure that you are driven by passion because the money may not come on time. And ensure you are driven by money too because passion without money may not give you much incentive.

It's really inspiring to hear how your passion for coaching is what truly drives you each day. The genuine connection you form with your clients and the satisfaction of witnessing their growth and successes are priceless rewards that go beyond monetary compensation. Your dedication to helping others achieve their goals is a testament to the value of passion in coaching.

While passion should be the first reason, there is a need to put the place of money too. There is nobody that will be doing things for passion alone without wanting to have the money attached to it. A coach should be thinking of how to monetize their passion to make them have more zeal.

It's clear that passion is a strong driving force for both of you as coaches. Your dedication to helping others grow and succeed, and the fulfillment you get from seeing them achieve their goals, shows a deep-rooted passion for coaching. While money can provide financial stability and be a motivator, it seems that the true reward for you both comes from making a positive impact on the lives of those you coach.

Sure, I need to make a living like everyone else, but if it was just about money I don't think I'd enjoy it for long. Coaching can be stressful sometimes. But I still love it because I get to see players improve and grow. That feeling when someone finally gets something they've been working on is just great. Money is nice, but it's not what keeps me showing up every day. It's more about enjoying the work, helping people get better, and building something with the team.

Passion definitely plays a significant role in coaching, as it provides the intrinsic motivation to make a positive impact on others. The genuine satisfaction that comes from witnessing the growth and success of those you coach can be truly fulfilling. While money can be a factor in providing financial stability and a sense of reward, it seems the true joy for many coaches comes from the meaningful connections and progress they help facilitate.

Passion is undoubtedly a driving force for many coaches, as it fuels the desire to make a positive impact and witness the growth of those they coach. While money can provide financial stability and recognition, it's clear that the fulfillment derived from helping others achieve their goals is the true motivator for many in the coaching profession.
