A valid email can hard bounce if the recipient's server blocks it. Server misconfigurations sometimes reject emails. Full inboxes occasionally cause hard bounces. You might face issues with outdated email addresses. Typos in domain names result in delivery failures. Suspicious activity flags your email as unsafe. A recipient might delete their email account. Incorrect DNS settings on your side can trigger bounces. Blacklisted servers cause your emails to be rejected. You should check for spam triggers in your content. Monitoring bounce notifications helps identify the cause. A clean and verified email list reduces such problems effectively.

Something like server issues or strict spam filters can cause a valid email to hard bounce. From my experience, even if the address exists, the recipient server might reject messages due to temporary blocks, blacklisting, or misconfigured settings. Things that helped me were checking my domain authentication and ensuring my sending IP wasn't flagged.
