I feel a little lost trying to figure this out. I run a small e-commerce store and most of my products are fragile. I keep worrying about how they are handled during fulfillment.
I already instructed my staff to be careful with packaging and handling. I also showed them how to wrap items securely. Even after that, I still notice a few mistakes and occasional damage reports from customers.
