I'm trying to figure out how to get customers to come back again. I've had some good sales recently and a lot of them were first-time buyers. It feels great to see new names in my orders list.
Last month I tried sending follow-up emails to thank them and also added a small freebie to some orders. A few people replied with nice messages which made me think I was on the right track. Still, I don't see many repeat purchases yet.
