A reusable contract has to cover the basics without being so specific that it stops making sense with a new client. Things like payment terms, revision limits, and what happens when a project is cancelled seem like obvious inclusions. But there are parts that many freelancers skip until something goes wrong and they wish they had included it from the start. A contract that holds up across different project types needs to be written carefully from the beginning. What sections do you think are non-negotiable in a contract meant to work for multiple clients?
