Some clients ask for full ownership of everything involved in a project, including the software, accounts, and tools you used to get the work done. This can be a problem when those tools are tied to your own subscriptions or are part of how you work on other projects. It puts you in an awkward position because you want to keep the client happy but you also cannot just hand over things that belong to you. How do you handle this kind of request without losing the client?

You are not going to allow that because those are the tools you use for your service. If you give out everything to the client what will you use for the next one that comes to your DM on the same service nothing. The best you can do is to tell decline the name of some not all the tools and let him go and buy them
