This happens more than people talk about. A client presents your work to their team or partners without mentioning you, or worse, they tell someone else they created it themselves. Some freelancers let it go because they do not want to lose the client, while others feel it crosses a line that should not be ignored. It can affect your reputation and portfolio too. How have you handled this situation, or what do you think is the right thing to do?
 
When you are a freelance you should know that client will definitely take credit for the service you offer for them. You don't have exclusive right over the service you offer for the client not to talk of asking for credit and mention. You just know that you are acting like creator of privately right as a freelancer
