A website can look great and say all the right things but still fail to get visitors to take the next step. Sometimes the call-to-action is buried at the bottom of a long page, or it uses vague language like "get in touch" without giving someone a clear reason to actually do it. Other times there are too many options and the visitor ends up doing nothing at all. The point of a call-to-action is to reduce hesitation, not add to it.
