Quality score is Google's way of rating how relevant your ad is to the person searching. It looks at three things: how good your ad copy is, how relevant your keywords are, and how useful your landing page is. If your landing page loads slowly or does not match what the ad says, the score drops even if the ad itself reads well. A keyword that is too broad can also hurt it because your ad ends up showing for searches it has no business appearing in.
