What made you trust new freelancers with your tasks as clients?

Most clients don't always give out their tasks to new freelancers. Their scare is that they may not handle it well. They do afraid that they may not handle it in such a way that they will like. They do trust existing clients that have had experience better than the ways they trust the new ones. The only reason why some clients do give tasks to the new freelancers is because of payment. They do believe that they charge low.
