User experience and marketing should work together, not separately. When you design a campaign, you need to think about where people will end up and what they will do when they get there. If your ad promises something but your landing page doesn't deliver it clearly, that disconnect ruins the whole effort.
 
User experience matters a lot because people don't like wasting time on confusing websites or apps. If a page loads slowly, looks messy, or is hard to understand, visitors usually leave quickly.
