Trust is the one thing that keeps a freelancing relationship working from start to finish. Without it, even simple projects become stressful because the client is always second-guessing your work and you are always trying to prove yourself. Most clients come in a little cautious because they have been let down before, and that is something you have to accept early. From what I have seen, trust starts building from the very first conversation you have with a client. How do you think a freelancer can win a client's trust before even starting the first project?
