In my opinion, the biggest factor affecting ad quality score is relevance between the keyword, ad text, and landing page. If all three clearly match the same intent, platforms see the ad as useful and consistent for the user. I think even strong design or fast pages can't fully fix it if the message feels disconnected. When users click and immediately find exactly what was promised, it improves engagement signals, which is usually what drives the score up over time.
