Recently I got a contact from a client who need series of content for his blog and we strike deal the fast. I write blog posts for client all day and by 3pm my brain feels fried and words stop flowing. I tried power naps short walks and music breaks but some help more than others. After a while Burnout kills my tone and ideas. I need habits that reset me fast without killing deadlines.
