There are times when a project starts well, but later you notice the client expected something different from what you planned to deliver. This can lead to confusion and even conflict if not handled early. I feel this happens more when details are not clearly explained at the start. I want to know how others deal with this without damaging the relationship. What steps do you take to correct the misunderstanding and move forward smoothly?
