Sometimes after completing a project, a client may say they are not fully satisfied and try to reduce the payment. This can be frustrating, especially if you followed the instructions given from the start. It becomes a problem of expectations and agreement, which should have been clear earlier. I feel this situation can be avoided with proper communication from the beginning. What steps do you take when a client tries to pay less after the work is already done?
