Most times, some clients do ask for refund even the tasks have been approved. In this situation, the clients don't really have the obligation to get the money refunded. You rather ask for the reasons why the clients are asking for refund. Make sure that you explain how much it cost you to get the task done. You should only be contemplating about repayment if only you feel bad that you didn't do the task very well.
