Apart from the person handling the business, there is a chance that season of a business is can also be the main factor. When a business is sold and engaged in in the right season, there is no way there won't be changes. That's why it is better to know the right time for business.
 
Sales are key, but you've gotta watch costs like rent, staff, and materials. Also, if people actually want what you're selling, that's a huge plus. Competition, prices, and how smooth your operations run matter too. Companies that do something unique or clever usually make more profit. Keeping customers happy, marketing smart, and handling risks well all help. Bottom line: a business is lucrative when it balances money coming in, money going out, and takes advantage of opportunities without falling behind the times.
 
If people actually want what you're selling and there aren't tons of others doing the same thing, you've got a better chance of making good money. Also, the less you spend on running the business the more profit you keep. Things like having loyal customers and a strong reputation help a lot too, because people keep coming back instead of you always chasing new buyers. Even stuff like location and timing can make a big difference. At the end of the day, businesses that adapt quickly and manage things well
