Basically, a great marketer is curious, adaptable, honest, and ready to jump in and make things work.
 
A business marketer connects with the audience. They really want their customers to feel their presence. Therefore they engage in all what will make their customers get the right attention needed. They are all after their customers satisfaction. They are curious to know how effective are their strategies on their customers.
 
They're curious and actually care about what customers want instead of just trying to sell something. They like learning new things, keeping up with trends, and figuring out what works. They're confident, but not arrogant, and they're open to feedback. Creativity is a big deal too. When a campaign fails, they don't panic; they learn from it and move on.
