I've been digging into competitor native funnels lately, trying to figure out what makes them tick. I started by breaking down their landing pages and ad creatives.

I looked for patterns in their headlines and calls to action. It took some time to spot the subtle differences that seem to drive conversions.

After that, I moved on to tracking their traffic sources and how they segment their audience. I tried to map out their funnel steps based on what I could observe. It's been a mix of guesswork and data hunting.

What's your process for reverse-engineering competitor native funnels?
 
I start by immersing myself in their user journey. I take notes on messaging, design patterns, and calls-to-action that seem to drive engagement. Tools like traffic analyzers, ad libraries, and app analytics help me peek behind the curtain without breaking any rules. I also test their funnels firsthand, signing up or interacting as a user to see what triggers conversions. Once I have the data, I map it out visually, identifying strengths, weak points, and opportunities.
