What’s the biggest waste of time in freelancing?

There are sometimes that freelancers are wasting their time without them knowing. Some of the activities that they are doing include chasing low paying clients or even bad clients. Some freelancers are just after making steady income from bad clients rather than focusing on clients that can pay them well. There are some that are spending much time on creating proposal for leads that are unlikely to work. What do you think about this? How do you think freelancers keep wasting their time.
