I'm honestly a bit thrown off every time a brand says, "We don't have a budget." I have put real work into my Snapchat, sent out pitches, and tracked every company that replies. Sometimes it feels exciting to get a response at all, even when the message is not what I expected.

When a brand comes back with no budget, I scroll through all my notes and check past conversations just to see if something similar happened before. I go over what I sent and wonder if I missed any signs or should have offered different ideas.
