I'm honestly not sure if I'm making this harder than it needs to be. Every time I start talking with a brand about a Snapchat campaign, things get a little bit messy.

I send details for the posts, try to outline what I'll deliver, and ask about their deadlines. Sometimes I think everything makes sense, then I second-guess what I wrote.

Is there a trick to getting clear answers? What's the best way to confirm deliverables and timelines with a brand?
