Some freelancers manage to keep the same clients on Upwork for many years, building trust and delivering good work again and again without any real recognition from the platform itself for this loyalty. A simple reward system, like lower fees or better visibility, could encourage more freelancers to focus on long term relationships instead of constantly chasing new short term jobs. Do you think Upwork should reward freelancers who manage to keep clients for many years of loyal service?

From my perspective, rewarding long-term client relationships would benefit both freelancers and the platform. It would encourage reliability, good communication, and consistent results. At the same time, I think the rewards should be fair and not make it harder for new freelancers to compete.
