Ask Should Upwork bring back more free Connects?

Free Connects used to make it easier for freelancers to send out proposals without worrying about extra cost every time. Now that Connects are limited and often need to be purchased, many people feel discouraged from applying to as many jobs as before. This change seems to affect new freelancers more than established ones with steady clients already. Do you think Upwork should bring back more free Connects, or has this system actually helped keep the platform more organized?

Yeah they should. Free connects helped new freelancers actually apply without stressing about money. Right now you burn through them fast and if nothing replies it feels like a waste. Bringing back more free ones would give people a real shot and make Upwork feel less pay-to-play again.
