Some industries pay more simply because the work carries higher financial risk or requires deeper technical knowledge to complete correctly. A freelancer working with a small local business might reasonably charge less than one working with a large international company on a similar task. Adjusting rates based on industry is common, but explaining the reason clearly to clients keeps trust strong. Do you personally charge different rates depending on the type of industry your client works in?
 
Definitely we are going to have rate for different niches in category you belongs to. Most important thing is that you are charging them appropriately and you're not giving them over price for every project and gigs you handle in that categories. Another thing is that you should focus on providing value for the money they pay for the project
