Freelancing is supposed to reward skill and effort, but paid features like boosting and visibility ads can change how fair the competition really is. A new freelancer with great skills might struggle to get noticed next to someone who simply paid more money to stand out. Many people believe talent should matter more than budget when it comes to winning projects. Should every freelancer have an equal chance to win projects, regardless of how much they can spend?

I don't think every freelance will have equal chance to win a project for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that the experience will always differentiate beginner freelance from the expert. And if you eat goes by the client just they will always want to choose the expert over the beginner freelance.
