Finding work as a freelancer has become very hard lately because thousands of people join the site every single day. I notice that even for small jobs, you see many people applying within just a few minutes. This makes me wonder if a new person can actually find success right now. It feels like the old freelancers are the only ones getting all the good contracts. Do you think a beginner should still bother creating a profile here or is the competition just too high for anyone to survive?
