Reviews are supposed to show how a freelancer performs, but sometimes they show more about the client's mood than the actual work delivered. A freelancer can do everything right and still receive a low score simply because the client expected something different from what was agreed. This makes it hard to trust the system fully. Do you think the review system on most platforms is truly fair to freelancers?
