Apart from this, social media is cost-effective compare to email marketing. This has made many people to have solace in social media marketing compare to email marketing.

In my opinion, social media is great for reach and quick engagement, but email is still stronger for direct communication, trust, and conversions because you actually own your audience there. I think social media is very popular now, but it has not replaced email marketing. Email still gives marketers direct access to their audience. When someone joins an email list, the message goes straight to their inbox without depending too much on platform algorithms.
