I noticed that most of the brands ignored reddit for too long because they thought it's only for the anonymous. That's a big mistake. Before I buy some things now, I use reddit because real users would talk about the good, the bad and the ugly. That's so valuable. But if any company goes there with fake reviews and copy paste marketing, users will detect it immediately. There is no mercy there. I actually respect that part a lot. Brands that answers questions honestly instead of shouting buy buy and buy only can gain huge trust there over time.
