Every platform has good people and they also have some area you are not suppose to go if you value your peace. Personally I've met calmer conversations on smaller communities than the giant apps where everybody was fighting for attention. Reddit is quite good. Threads is also nice as well but X? If you mistakenly entered a wrong discussion, it could spoil your day. Some persons have the energy to drag you online. My advice is to follow communities that matches your interests. That's all!
