Sometimes I open linkedin expecting business tips then the first thing I see is a long breakup story that somehow ends with leadership lessons. I just laugh. Personal stories is not bad if they actually connect to work or teach something useful, but some people force it too much. Everything should not be about life changing motivational talks. Still, authenticity sells, i cant deny that. The problem starts when everybody begin to copy one emotional format because it got likes. Before you know it, the platform has started looking like another facebook timeline.
