The platform has a special badge for the top one percent of talent which is supposed to help you get noticed by the biggest brands. While it sounds great, the screening process is very strict and usually requires a lot of professional experience. I am wondering if a person who is still building their reputation has any real chance of passing the interview. Do you think the time spent applying is better used just sending out more regular proposals to smaller clients?
