I think this is more common than people admit. When you are starting out, the actual work is only a small part of your day. Most of your time goes into sending proposals, checking job boards, and following up on applications that never get a reply. It can feel like you are running a job search full time while trying to build a career. Has this been your experience too, or did you find a way to fix it early?
