A lot of freelancers talk about how many times a client seemed very interested, said they would get back to you, and then just disappeared. It happens so often that some people have started treating it as a normal part of the process. But it still feels like wasted time, especially when you put real effort into the conversation. Is this something you deal with regularly, and have you found a way to handle it better?
 
Yes some of them will later end up not ordering for your service or hire you on a project and there are so many reason for that. Number one is that some of them might not be able to afford the price you charge for your service period another thing is that they might have seen someone who is going to offer them a better task at a good price at a good price
