I am setting up a membership site, but I'm unsure about the rules. Should I keep them strict to maintain order, or will that scare people away? I want to create a good experience, but I also don't want members to take advantage of the system. Too many rules might make the site feel rigid, but too few could lead to problems. I'm not sure where to draw the line.
