Many successful business owners would love to teach a particular skill or the other. They may wish to mentor the trainees on how they can be successful as they are. That's why I asked that question. However, there are different trainings that can be learnt and be taught.

The first thing one needs to do is to ask personal questions on what skills can be taught by us without any stress. This would determine the one skills that we can teach effectively.
 
If I were to start a group coaching program from scratch, I'd make it all about helping people get clear on what they actually want and start taking action without overthinking everything. We'd talk about stuff like confidence, habits, mindset, and how to deal with fear or procrastination. I'd keep it super chill with no long lectures, just real talks, reflection prompts, and fun challenges to push everyone a bit.
 
If I were to be a coach, I will like to teach my students on how to be successful in their endeavour with their businesses. I will let them know how to make the business thrive. Also, I may also change my sticky by teaching them what they demand for.
 
I'd teach stuff people actually struggle with, like figuring out what you want to do, staying motivated, and not giving up when things get hard. We'd talk about building good habits, managing time without feeling overwhelmed, and dealing with self-doubt and procrastination I'd also focus on mindset like how to handle failure, learn from mistakes, and stop being so hard on yourself. There would be lots of open conversations, simple challenges, and support from the group so no one feels alone.
