Ask If freelance platforms had a rating system for clients the way they rate freelancers, would it change anything?

Right now, most websites only let clients leave reviews for the workers they hire to show if the work was good. If freelancers could also rate clients on their communication and how fast they pay, it might make the marketplace much more balanced. Bad clients would have to change their behavior if they knew their reputation was public for every worker to see before applying. Do you think a public rating system for clients would actually make your work life easier or better?
