Frustration is not a matter of whether someone is new or not. Anybody can be frustrated. There are many reasons why people gt frustrated. And these issues need to be addressed. There are some people that get frustrated all because they don't know much about rhr concept of freelancing. Others may be frustrated because they don't have much customers. Other reasons may include the relationship between the clients and freelancers. What do you have to say about this?
