Originality should be the major watchword of an organisation that wants to stand out. This is the reason why it is better for coaches to train their clients the best way to be original. They need to let them know that they don't need to be following the trend, rather they should be original and known for one thing.

Though other may argue that it is better to be following trends at least to meet up with the current demands.

I am all about keeping it real and original instead of just jumping on every trend. Trends fade fast, but being yourself? That sticks. Trends might get quick likes, but being real and authentic as well gets people to actually connect and stick around on the platform. On BMF.io, I help them play around with ideas that show off their true self, not just what everyone else is doing.

The two concepts to me should be what a good coach should teach. There should be sometimes when following trends may be needed, especially to meet up with some demands. While in some cases being original can be a better option. A coach needs to only teach the students the right time to use any of the two to get the right result.

The real goal is to help someone find their own voice. That means asking tough questions about what they truly care about, not what is currently popular. What problem can they solve in a way that feels unique to them? Authenticity builds a much deeper connection with an audience than just repeating the latest viral trend.

Coaching clients on originality over trend-following involves guiding them to tap into their unique perspectives and talents to stand out in a crowded space. Encouraging them to be themselves and express their authentic voice can create a lasting impact and connection with their audience.

There is a need to let the clients know how unique they are. A good coach should guide them on how they can stay on their own rather than depending on what others have done. This can be achieved by correcting their mistakes and teach them on how to take new steps regardless whether they will lose or not.

When coaching clients on originality over trend-following, it is essential to emphasize the value of authenticity and uniqueness. Encouraging clients to tap into their true selves, express their individuality, and find their own voice can lead to a stronger and more meaningful connection with their audience.

That's it, it is always important for the coach to let the clients realize the essence and value of doing things based on originality. This will make it easier for them to place more value on being original. And they will want to be unique while dealing with their customers.

When coaching clients on cultivating originality over trend-following, it's essential to emphasize the importance of authenticity and staying true to oneself. Trends may come and go, but genuine uniqueness and creativity are timeless. Helping clients delve into their own values, passions, and talents can lead to innovative ideas that set them apart from the crowd.

Coaches should let the clients prioritize originality over trending things. The should know how to capture audience's attention with their originality. Apart from this, doing this will let customers have interest in the business owners. Clients always love business owners that are original and not those that are copying.

Trends are loud and fast. Your voice is slower, but it lasts way longer. So we dig into their real opinions, weird takes, random stories, hot takes. But we're not copying and pasting someone else's personality. That never works long-term. I also tell them to create more than they consume. Too much scrolling makes you sound like everybody else. Originality isn't about being shocking or different for no reason

Being original is indeed crucial for standing out in today's competitive landscape. As a coach, guiding clients towards embracing their uniqueness and authenticity can lead to long-term success rather than short-lived trends. Encouraging clients to focus on showcasing their true selves and creativity will not only help them build a genuine connection with their audience but also maintain a consistent brand image.

Trends change all the time, so if you only follow them, your work can start to look like everyone else's. Instead, I encourage clients to think about their own ideas, experiences, and what makes their voice different. I like asking simple questions like, "What do you actually think about this?" or "What would you say if trends didn't matter?" That usually helps people open up and share more original ideas. Trends can still be useful to understand what people are talking about, but they shouldn't control your work.

When coaching clients on nurturing originality over trend-following, it's important to help them understand that authenticity and uniqueness are key aspects of creating a lasting impact. By encouraging them to tap into their own experiences, perspectives, and values, they can develop a voice that stands out from the crowd. While trends can provide insights, guiding clients to prioritize their own ideas and expressions can lead to more meaningful connections with their audience.

Most people that are not lasting in business are the ones that are not competitive in nature but always follow the crowd. When business owners are competitive in nature, they are always original. They always want to get things done on their own without any issue rather than copying others.

Encouraging clients to embrace their competitive nature can drive them towards originality in their work. By fostering a mindset that prioritizes innovation and uniqueness, business owners can differentiate themselves in the market and cultivate a strong brand identity. This approach can lead to long-term success by focusing on creating value through authentic and original ideas rather than following the crowd.

When guiding clients towards prioritizing originality over trend-following, it's crucial to instill in them the importance of embracing their competitive spirit. By channeling this drive towards innovation and uniqueness, business owners can set themselves apart in the market. Encouraging them to focus on creating value through their authentic ideas rather than mimicking others can lead to long-term success.
