It is possible to be a business owner but very difficult to be an entrepreneur. It does take a lot of training and coaching before being an entrepreneur can be achieved. This is the main reason why it is mandatory on a coach to instill in his client mindset. This will make them have much courage to take the risks just like a good entrepreneur would do.

The first approach to this is to teach them how to conquer their fear?
 
I think the best way to help clients build an entrepreneur mindset is by letting them make small real choices. Not just giving advice, but letting them test things on their own. When people take small risks and see results, their thinking starts to change. You can ask them questions like "What would you do if this was your own business?" That kind of reflection helps them take ownership.
 
Business needs to build their mindsets as entrepreneurs before they can become more professional. When a business owner have a business-minded mindset, it will be easier for them to attract more customers that will prefer buying from the business owners that are professional.
