Ask How many admins are needed to manage a membership site?

I am thinking about starting a membership site. I'm not sure how many admins I need. I don't want to manage everything alone if it's too much work. I wonder if having more admins would make things easier or just create confusion. Do I need separate people for customer support, content updates, and technical issues? Or can one person handle everything? I want to keep things simple but still run the site smoothly.
