I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my order reports often and some customers ask repeatedly about the status of their shipments. The questions confuse me and I can't figure out how much tracking affects their confidence.
I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently added delivery tracking notifications. I sent updates at each stage and observed customer reactions. I compared these cases with orders that had no tracking information.
