I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my order reports often and some customers seem hesitant when choosing delivery options. The behavior confuses me and I can't figure out if offering eco-friendly choices would change their decisions.

I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently added eco-friendly delivery options for some orders. I tracked how many customers selected them and compared it with standard delivery choices. I also monitored overall purchase trends during the test period.

The results looked interesting and I still don't know if green options truly influence buying behavior.
