Sometimes progress is slow or happens in small steps, and explaining that can feel awkward. You may have spent hours thinking or fixing small details, but it does not always look like big results on paper. Still, the client expects updates that show movement. It feels like the way you explain your work matters just as much as the work itself. How do you write updates that sound clear and confident, even when progress is not very visible yet?
